Travel Board

I am having a good summer, but how is Ambrose’s Travel Board doing. An update would not hurt those of us who think about her on a weekly basis. Darren

The Board occupies the top of the quiver pile in my garage, lovingly cradled upon the funkiest board bag ever…(remember that wetsuit you forgot to rinse? Let it age 30 years and you’ll get close). A nice 8.5 inch Frye is my fin of choice. My daughter has been sliding the white water on it for a couple of weeks. She likes the lift and squirt on her bottom turns but mostly likes it 'cause she can stand up on it real easy and it looks cool…

I can tell it wants to move on…colder water? Heavy kelp? Trimming through Speedies, or Sharks, Privates, Hooked on the Inside, Outside, Suicide, Sewer, Little Wind, 26th, Maria’s, Twins, Bill’s, Rivermouth and up the Westside, Cowbells, Indicator, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Slots, The P., No Ways, Pointless Reef, Wedgies, The Mitchells, Swifties, Stockton, NB and beyond…ooops, no names please.

Give me an address or pick it up at Plaskett.

Sounds good Lee. I am enjoying the frozen north up here. It is a good change of pace and scenery. However, the Baja Bug has me itching even more than the fin rope nowadays. Darren
