Anyone here have any experience with the Webber Modern Twin Fin? I am moving to Queensland and am thinking of picking one up. Background: Been surfing for about 18 years, mostly on thrusters, I have a keel fin twinnie, retro. I like it allot in mushy stuff but would like to try a twin fin in the hollow stuff…
Any advice or feedback?

…I dont know about Webbers twin
but the one that I put in the resources works very good
the customer s got several Hawaiian surf trips (n shore Oahu), several Brazil trips, 1 Indo trip and 1 Peru trip
so, he used some equipment here and there
the guys biotype is similar to a P Sullivan
I did it in 6´ only but with area
paddling and take waves really good
no problems with tubes
but ist a hotdogger one
Sounds like the only way to find out how it would ride is to…ride it! I personally have’nt ridden a twin fin since the early 80s. I think they definitely are a valid design…MR rode them to 4 consecutive world titles…Martin Potter had great success and most recently it seems David Rastovich rides them more than any other design. In a recent design article, I think it was in Transworld Surf, he was kinda raving about a twin fin Akila Aipa shaped for him. Chance it…and let us know the results.
