My standard setup is a twin fin (but not real twin fins, standard thruster side fins), with a small trailer/knubster/no trailer depending on wave power. Let’s say that I could theoretically replace the knubster trailer with 2 knubsters in a quad twinzer setup, what does that do to the feeling of the board? Would it be correct to say that 2 knubster fins instead of one makes the board a bit more drivey, less skatey, and makes it slide out a bit less? The same way as going from no center fin to a small center fin?
Fin placement would determine the results. Depth of fins(size), toe and cant.
I’m confused. Thread title and content seem to be completely different questions??
