It is in Texas…and no offence meant to any Texans but they have little else going for them and love surfing as much as anyone else. Also, near large, youthful population w/ lot of “disposable income”. I am almost tempted to buy stock ! HAH!!!

Machines are the not same for sure. But warmwater vs. coldwater surfing? No contest.
Austin TX has the Univ. of TX alone with 51,000 students. I would say more than a few might be customers.
The man behind it is a member of the Coors family. He has the bucks to stay in the game if he wants.

I know people who have travelled halfway around the globe at great expense for a surf trip that ended with no waves. At least this way you’d have better odds lol.
If you combined it with a spa setting and a coaching option i think it could make for a great vacation.
