Unique Jacobs Logo - never seen before

I just picked up this 7 foot Jacobs hull. It has a waveset fin which leads me to believe its late 60s or early 70s. The board is basically unsurfed and untouched in great condition. Ive done my research and cant find much about this shape/model. What gets me is the logo on the deck because I have never seen it before and couldnt find a similar logo online. Also the serial number is marked ‘Z - 179’ and I was wondering what the Z meant. Any insight would be very cool!

Wish I could impart some info for you but can’t.

I recall seeing the simple Jacobs lettering about the time you mention but the other label is something from another planet. 

I like the hull shape, looks very on the mark from that era of hullish sleds.
