nice board!, is that ur shop. if so u are damn set up for ur first board. nice job, keep on learning. dk
man, you never put a finish shape directly on the floor.
That’s my old “converted” storage shed. 14’ wide by 16’ deep. I agree with reverb to not place finished boards on the floor…it will dent the foam if you are not careful. I reshaped the tail on this before glassing…made it a bit rounder. When posting photos you must remove link (delete) from your next post, the link stays in and your picture or link will be in the next message also! Thanks to all @ Swaylock’s MLC
ahh nice. ur pretty set up. ive been looking to find a shed. How much did u get urs for? dj
I built it from scratch some years ago. It has two windows and a wide door, used to park the riding mower in there. There is a bench and drawers on one side also. I just worked around the stuff that was there. Me and a buddy insulated and sheetrocked it one afternoon and I painted. You can see that blue under flourescent light about 1/2 mile away when the door is open. The best size to utilize lumber is 12’ x 16’ (single bay) When you deck the floor with plywood it takes exactly six sheets. Then I just built walls like framing a house. I will post some pictures later this week of the inside so you can see. Nothin’ special but a dry place out of the weather to work! You can buy prefabs also but I don’t know how much they are. Mine was about $1000 to finish out with wiring and all. I have a breaker box on the wall with separate circuits for tools and lights. Mike
