My dad bought this board the other day and have been seeking the value of the board. I think John Lane was a surf champ back in the 1980’s and he’s the one who shaped it.
His name was John Lalanne. He was not a champion. I grew up with him, and he was a nice person, but just a minor player in the surf industry. The board has no value. Sorry

Jon is Jack LaLanne’s son. He shapes pickleforks (licensed) like in his pic below, and other shapes. Currently living in Malibu as far as I know. I didnt see his name on the board, tho. Prob not too hard to contact him, he is active on FB. Proneman (Roger) probably knows him also, as he is a Malibu regular.
