I’ve designed and bench tested adapters for vintage VariSet and Guidance fin boxes that allow you to install a modern longboard fin. Looking for feedback and interested parties to water test.
I’ll be sending prototypes to a vintage board enthusiast in HI that loaned me a number of boxes so these could be designed. I currently sell Futures and FCS II to longboard adapters on eBay but looking for feedback and some water testing before I consider selling these.
If you have a 3D printer and would like to print and test reach out and I can share the STL files and answer any questions. Only thing needed are some longer screws but you do need the original VariSet Plates for that model.
