The end times.
all the best
Best time to use carbon boards !
Not much waves though…
Was out during the lightning storm on Sunday…
Couple of janitors swept their way out into the lineup and the guy next to me asks one of the sweepers if he could hold his paddle up over his head.
I thought it was pretty funny. The guy on the goat boat did not.
Surfed Oceanside Sat. morning in the thunder, lightning and rain.
Empty lineup.
Had fun!
Same day at San O
Wow. I live in the named lightning capital of the U.S. Even out hockey team is named The Lightning. And I am impressed with those photos.
I stay away from the beach when there’s thunder. Saw a surfer get killed on his board, hit in the neck by lightning from a storm a couple of miles away. Almost took his head off. Unforgettable. No waves worth the risk.
We (N.E.OC) got more rain in this Weekend of July than in the last 100 Julys combined.
We NEEDED that rain in central California. Fortunately, it didn’t start a fire. It’s a tender box out there right now with at least two more months until wet season begins. Assuming we have a wet season this year. Mike
If there is an el nino as predicted, it will be as wet as 2009’s winter season. I’ll have to get some rain barrels.
how did you shoot that, camera so forth would like a photo print possible?
the one I posted I found on f book
fwiw I first saw the other one there as well…
Go Blackhawks!
El Nino seems to be getting stronger and I read that the Sierra could have a historic snow season. My daughter is at UCSD where, apparently, all dorms/on-campus housing have really low flow shower heads.
