I just found out yesterday that a much loved local, Larry Ugale, has passed away. Larry was well known from C-Street to Santa Barbara. He had a beautifully smooth and relaxed style, in and out of the water. Larry has been a key member of the Ventura Surf Club for many years and an integral part of our surfing community. He will be greatly missed.
