I’ve heard from others (here on Swaylocks too) that it’s a good idea to prewash any 100% cotton or cotton blend with a cold water & vinegar wash. They say it can help make the colors even more color fast, and less likely to bleed. Any comments on this prewash theory for fabric inlays?

Be sure to put the vinegar in the wash cycle so any residue gets rinsed out, also iron the material so it lays down really flat. Aloha, Kokua
