I have a 6’8" Liddle hull with a ding in the main fin. On Liddle’s website, he says, “A small ding will cause them to split or break and afford them uselsess”. Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do?
i am guessing the ding is on leading edge of fin.in if so, i have always used bondo to patch it up which will do until you can get a new fin.
Just grind away the rough spots. Put a few layers of glass lamination on the dinged area and sand it back to its original shape. It’s not too hard to do.
