Walker Foam Blanks - RR Epoxy safe?

Wondering if anyone has used Walker Foam blanks (Wilimington, Calif) with Greg’s RR Epoxy?

Any comments/reviews on Walker foam?

TIA

epoxy is safe on all PU foam…heard good things about walker…but unfortunately, i can’t get 'em in florida

Yes, epoxy can be used on all foams, Walker included. We actually have a project going with Walker at this time. The PPS blanks which are still in R&D. Anyway, Walker makes great stuff.

I’ve used Walker several times and really like them. The foam feels denser and a little heavier than Clark’s. Since they’re not as “close tolerance” as Clark foam, you can change rockers if needed and not worry about the deck foam being too soft. They’re real easy to deal with and you’ll save a few bucks if you pick up the blanks yourself. Plus they have nice custom stringer options.

Epoxy has no ill effects on PU blanks. It works great!

Awesome!!! I’ll stop by there this week and pick one up.

I can’t wait to try RR resin on it once it gets here.

Thanks for all the info.

i have a long board made out of walker blank foam and it has held up really well. the board is like 5-6 years old and is still really white and has very very few pressure dings. far less then a friend with a clark blank board with the same glassing.
