Want info. re: "Sweetwater" shaped by Dave Endress

Bought the board for $30 five or so years ago at the Kobey Swapmeet in San Diego. It’s a 5’8" twin with thick, down rails and a pin tail. The top of the board has the word “Sweetwater” on it. It has flexible yellow fins and there is a small star sticker on each of the fins. My best guess as to when it was shaped is late '70s early '80s.

The board is really fun in open faced, down the line waves. I would appreciate any information regarding the shaper or the board. Thanks.

Sweetwater is a great local surfshop on Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Dave Endress is a long time east coast shaper that used to shape under the label PowerTools and now shapes all the Pride boards and runs the GlassTech glassing shop outside of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Dave endress is like the eastcoast rusty lots of boards to his name, very good shaper.
