I have a 9’8" board that I just got new a few months ago and just found out the nose is water logged. How much I am not sure as of yet, I don’t have enough $$ for a new board so can anyone suggest what to do to save this board?
Thanks!
Justin

Dry it out,and fix.Herb
Dinged it and rode it anyhow right? The best way to dry it is to cut open the damaged area (dremel tool w/sanding barrel), flush it with fresh water, and let it sit for as long as it takes to dry. Water logged foam will shrink and crumble when it dries, and you need to grind out the affected areas when you start the repair. If you don’t, there will be soft spots in the glass and the filler won’t bond to the foam.
