Picked this up on my local offer up. 7’6 Original fin. Anyone have any idea as to value or information? Waiting for summer to paddle it out at Cardiff Reef on a small day.

Looks like one of the early (‘67/‘68) V-bottoms. Designed by Bob Mc Tavish, those boards drastically reduced length from way over 9’ to way under 8’, were heavily copied everywhere but didn’t last more than one or two years.
Wow great find! I don’t know values but its a rare and very cool piece of surfboard history!
