I don’t know much about windsurfing. Can some one please define a weed fin? They look to be pretty much straight up n’ down. How would a vert. rake fin work on a surfboard? One Love!

I thought the weed fins for sailboards where very much angled so that no weed would get stuck on the fin as apposed to the long straight up n’ down fins usually used on a sailboard. No curve neither front or aft on the fin. Don’t know if they have any application on a surfboard, I doubt that any weed would get stuck on a regular surfboard fin anyway. regards, Håvard
