I love the video sequence at 1:27 - 1:40.  A modern day surfer would make twice as many turns on the same wave and look half as good doing it.

Trestles is not in San Clemente. Don’t ask the ASP. Trestles is not even in the same County as San Clemente…no…Trestles is just south of the County line in San Diego County. Trestles is not really in a city at all. It’s part of San Onofre State Beach…and the Marines actually own that beach…but don’t let the public know…Rock on…deal with the hype or join it…
