What makes boards of equivalent size (8 foot) turn and respond when you lean and others just plough straight and bury a rail? My uneducated observation would be the rocker difference in boards (the flat rockered board tends to plough and stick the rail, unresponsive). Also one board is a single fin(the board I have trouble with) while the other a 2 + 1. The rails seem to similar although the single fin board tends to have a slightly harder rail while the 2 +1 has a softer more egg rail. I have tried several variations of fins and seen differences in the ride but this single proble persists. Any thoughts?
egg rails dont respond as good as edgy rails, 2+1 fin set up will be alot more responsive than a single fin.
