I need some help on knowing what size board would work well in solid SoCal winter surf. I have a 7’0. which I ride up to 8 feet. I also have a 9’6’’ which is rarely riden but can tackle up to 20 feet I asume. I just want something smaller than the 9’6’’ for 8-15ft. big days; I don’t want to go too small because I want some paddle speed but just a little more control maybe an 8’ or 9’, I don’t know? Thanks.
