Dale MUST honour his business commitment, either refund these paid up customers, or build their mat[s] within a reasonable timeframe by way of negotiating, communicating with these customers.

As you don’t have the patience to wait for the neumatic you ordered. A Google search on the issue would have shown you that there is a wait. Dale’s business is modest and his products are carefully crafted. Neumatic is not a multinational coorporation and your dollars will not buy loving care. Surf mats are a simple pleasure and Neumatics require a little more modesty and compassion to ride than other mats. When you finally get one:

I am well acquainted with Neumatic surf mats, so no bias there.
I am advocating for ALL those frustrated paid up customers, and I personally know a few , myself included who have exceeded their patience with waiting, many excess of 12 months.
To suggest I am hiding behind my anonimity, is plain wrong.
Obviously all Dale’s supporters, and cheer squad are incensed that one so brazen as myself , dare question, query the issue?

This 'forum' subject was set up specifically because Dale Solomonson had not fulfilled his obligations for building mat[s] and communicating to those paid up customers who were not advised what was going on..
Agendas - well yes,those paid up customers, myself included have endured much time hanging on, waiting, not knowing what was happening..
If that means ''personal'' , why wouldn't it, when the customer has paid up for his mat[s] and was not receiving ANY advise what was the status of their mat[s]??????
I am not interested in all the poetic license, flowery verbiage, philosophical commentary, this matter is specifically about '' Where is Dale Solomonson'' and the mat[s] he hasn't built for many paid up customers.
I do appreciate listening to all the ''defense'', but at the end of the day, some basic decency is in order by Dale in communicating to these customers, and if not why not?
In relation business priorities, well thats a business decision for that individual business person and not be a detriment of the customer.
Accountability is a matter, Dale needs to contemplate, particularly as far as his business practice is concerned, and more importantly his personal integrity when taking on these orders.

Let us cut to the chase.
The Dale[Neumatic] fan club devotees, will not see their hero, castigated, deary me.
So why are paid up customers still asking the question - Wheres Dale Solomonson?
Obviously Dale's pinup boy, sees a need to self promote, as he is not disadvantaged in receiving mats, why not everybody else?
Fairs, fair.
Wheres is the equity in his business, personal principles?
Until this basic question is addressed by Dale, then this lingering issue will not go away.
Not many ''surfing'' issues grab me, enough to get embroiled in what many see as a petty issue.
However, personally I am effected, but the overacrching issue, is many, many others are in a similar situation.
Dale, has replied to me, and I did answer him - in the negative, because as I have said before, its his reputation & integrity that are in question.
The issue is not about me, but Dale Solomonson.
Self interest is not the motivator here for me.
To degenerate further into puerile name calling, slanging matches serves nobody any purpose, only worsens the situation..
I seek to remedy a bad situation for all those that are not Sway locks contributors, and have in good faith paid up $ for their mat[s], been largely silent, hoping their mat[s] may be built one day as agreed.
My challenge is to Dale this, show your bona fides, by contacting each individual paid up customer, who hasn't received their mat[s] and either supply them[ negotiate timeframe] or refund monies.
This whole matter has escalated and could have easily been circumvented, because Dale has not for whatever reasons offered explanations to his customers.
In am positive, that if Dale had been forthcoming, with this information, customers[myself included] would have been more than satisfied and patient.
