What am I doing wrong? I compose a message/ad in the “Surf Shop” section, then click on “Place Ad” (per the instructions). The composure screen reappears with the message (in red letters): “Column City can not be left blank.” But I can’t locate anything labeled “City”, or “Column City” anywhere on the compose screen/display. Where should it appear? Furthermore, if I click on “Common questions and Answers” the display changes and displays the message “Access Denied”. Same thing happens if I click on the “Help” button. What’s going on?
I’ve attached three screen capture files showing my inputs into the Surfshop form for sales. I can’t find any place for the “Column City” information requested by the form. Yet, as shown, it generates the same message error (see red type on the ! button) every time I fill out the form and click on the “Place Ad” button.
Note: I have tried to submit the ad with no picture attached (as in the screen captures below) and with a picture attached (not illustrated). The latter generates the same error message as with no file attached.
