Hay, PierreB, I was over there a number of years back and ran into a surfer by the name of Allen I think. He worked at a big orndance plant in that area. He made his own boards and fins, for both himself, his son, and even some of his friends. I spent a day with them and then took me out to the ocean, at Lacano (sp). The day was rainy but it was good to see the ocean. You don’t happen to know him do you?

I was born in Boston MA, moved to Barcelona Spain when I was 2 and when I was eight we moved to the Netherlands. I’ve been living here for 10 years now and even having shitty waves I got caught by the surf-virus. Plan to move somewhere else though after finishing college…

Born in the surf capital of the mid west grand rapids michigan. Presently 40 minutes west of cocoa beach florida.

Nope, I don’t know any Allen. I usually surf at Biscarrosse, it’s about 100 miles further south. I also surf a river tidal bore nearby bordeaux. Here’s my website about this place : http://mascaretgironde.free.fr
