I have another whistling surfboard. #2 eps with six ounce all around. This time it’s bubbling out of one of the boxes. Where foam meets box. I capped the boxes with 6 oz, too. The foam was a cut blank from FH. Is this bad foam or bad workmanship? Maybe eps is better suited to a different construction method? Have others had this problem? The scuttlebutt is this stuff last longer than urethane cores. Not if it sucks water like this. Are there better fused eps foams anyone can recomment. I’m beginning to think eps cores are not worth the effort and the only thing I will be using it for is to keep my beer cold. Mike
