thanks for the photos , guys ! [whose twinny and quads were those , Ray ? I like the look of them !]
a few questions [I'm curious] ....
is it beachbreak, mainly ?
are the prevailing winds south-south westerlies mainly , this time of year ?
does the fog / ? smog ? bank roll in from the ocean , or the land ? every morning ?
are there many locals there ? [how far away is the nearest 'suburb' / town ? ]
big sharks ? [it looks kinda eerie / sharky / spooky , to me , from a few of your pics ? ...do seals breed there , also ? ]
do you get rogue / 'king' waves there , like our west coast does ? [ eg : on a "2 metre swell" day , a rogue 6 metre , or bigger wave is possible , out of nowhere ...and people have died , as a result [ happened to a fisherman at steep point here recently , standing on top of a 30 foot cliff...]
what is the best time of the year there , for clean offshore , blue skies days , under 2' overhead ?

I took about 150 photos....I have edited down to 57 photos for your viewing pleasure.....one man's view.....my little Samsung ran out of battery power on Sat afternoon.......There were fish fry's and group hugs. Steak, chicken and steamed veggies on every grill...someone got punked.....it was a great time for all.......and I paid $ 17.00 for a 12 pack of beer in Gorda......fun.....

The place is Knarly....there's warning signs.....Lance on a small wave....first ride on a Stingray quad......Stingray board did not work on the bigger waves.....

The beach is very nice and have solid surf!
Im a bit far from there but may be some day.
-How about those retro fish on those big sized waves?
-Good if you can describe a bit the type of board, the wave surfed, the rider skills and bio type, and the perception of do s and don ts of that ride.
Will be good, also if any of you put the names on the picture where all showed to identify the characters.
