Waitaminute! You mean I’m married to a 39 year-old woman?

Oh. Yeah, ok. I guess we’re all in this together. Sorry, Honey (and you, too, Grant :stuck_out_tongue: )

So. Doesn’t the Guinness thing give you a reverse age credit of like 5 years? That way, you’re actually ahead 2.

Happy Birthday!

Not my birthday Benny, joined sways 12 May 2004

Bumping an old thread… Hicksy, you’ve got a competitor in the mad genuis / fabwelding / wheeled contraption department:

http://www.thirstybeachlandscaping.com/quadbike/

awsome! killer idea . you may have started a new trend downhill giant skateboard riding!

that confirms it benny, you are an officially mad scientist. what is that thing?!?!?!?

oily kroipes,malcomb

I was sitting at tower seven saturday

whenst up the strand I see four heads

movin fast up the low tide beach.

all of a sudden the talkie talkie goes off

with some heavy uninteligible scratchin’

it’s six and five callin’ us up

an askin us what…?

then the beach walkers part

an we get a better look.

its a bike maaaaaaa no its a …

you gotta see this.

well do we bust em ?,

or just stop em an ask for a ride-turn,

then seagull flys into the sprocket

and gets a foot caught and all heck

breaks out slappin’ bird screamin girls

in the back jumpin off and the tech scramblin

to disingage the bird…

whadda day.

I’m tellin ya

this beach you see t all

sooner or later.

cant wait to go to work and waatch the action.

watching my fantastic collection of stamps

…ambrose…

say hey man

await the chain guards

kudos you are a fine

machinist.

Yikes, I didn’t ever think that you guys would assume I built that thing! Nah, I found the link somewhere.

I’m mad, sure, as a hatter even, but probably not the kind of genius who would put together something like that. All the moving parts scare me - I’m already missing part of one finger, I want to keep the rest.

I love this place, HA!

you can fool the bottom half of some people part of the time

and the top half or the other people the rest of the time

but I know deep in my rump thet you benny are a closet machinist

and we are planning a trip to your house to ride thet thing up the beach

and impress girls.

what?

You think I’ll believe that aint yoour quaike ?

nice try but we wanna ride…

…ambrose…

wanna ride

wanna ride.

Amby, if you wanna ride, I definitely got you covered.

Only thing is, we all gotta ride separately.

Bring your checkered Vans.

Awesome piece of machinery Benny, I see what you mean by the lack of chain guards!!!

One thing puzzles me, where are the brakes!!!

At least the BSoE has disc brakes…

Well, Grant, you gotta remember its a Yankee machine - driver is left front :stuck_out_tongue:

The white grip handle is the brake (right handed) and the steering is done with the wheel below the left hand. Forward = right turn, backward = left turn.
