I know I’ve mentioned these guys in the past, but I just wanted to get this back out there in case anyone was wondering where (or where else) to buy stuff.
The prices are great, and their customer service is literally the best of any company I have ever dealt with, hands down. And that’s saying a lot, considering I’ve shopped with lokbox, rainbow fins and Moonlight glassing (all of whom have impeccable customer service). In five years, I bet I haven’t spent $5000 with them, but every time I call they treat me like I’m one of their most important clients, not matter what I’ve got going on.

i dunno, the sold me sanding resin that had kick around the threads of the cap and I had to cut the container to get the resin out. pain the ass, when I contacted them I pretty much got “tough shit” put in kinder terms of course.
I agree. I received a box that leaked epoxy over half of my cloth. Called them, explained, they sent replacements no questions asked. Would use them again in a second.
