so this sunday morn ing went to lydgate to meet dave the point being to make the paddle from my house to the park about three miles ,the ocean calm in the lee of the bumpy condition NW sweell and slowly increasing north winds mean glassy and deteriorating as the day progresses…
any how the arrival of dave delayed me and my dear wife marta walked the loop in the park…what a nice place and the job of upgrading the park is great… the recent rains have made the grass lush and fresh
Access to th ebeach breaks at the south end and the mostly unsurfed north end reefs is clean and clear… Annie was un able to get a reservation for the pavillion ,understandable as these are popular birthday venues…so the 1st come 1st serve smaller areas will be the next alternative …
so dave arrives and we go for the paddle I try out my new paddle stick with the tiny two hand size blade …successful in many respects…Annie got a job offer to be in costa rica and may disolve herself …yet to be seen… ahhh what a day yes spring is here…ambrose…
