Might do a quad!
PM me, who are U? Ha

Well dude you may not have been much of a rave in the shaping bay of your "Mega Factory" but you're a big hit here on Sways. To bad most of these guys are such cheapskates. You might sell a board on two.
I hope he hits it big. He’s easily provoked, and a bit of live wire, but got to admit he’s funny, he loves his craft, he’s pretty good at it, and he’s got a family.
Do you know how rich I am?
No, Not $ Rich!
I enjoy pics, not much to post. Other then a pin tail short board thruster in the bag, still under as I type.
…I would like to ask (after 6 beers), I been wanting to make a Single Fin.
BTW update on my shed, Added wp50, my sons (and mine, they can handle 68kg no problem haha). A tarp and a few bits and pieces inside. Just 30% work 70% fun, not for much longer though ;(…
I Have I Bunch Of Ideas for my single fin, But, I’d like to throw them out the window and build one, If it’s Ok, from feed back here.
???
EPS
Veneer
Glass-on
My normal board is (under sized, I know But…) 5’9" x 18 3/8" x 2 1/16"
I’m 68kg.
…I was thinking it needs rocker between feet (hate tracking)…Thats about it.
Please any ideas welcome. Even if there waked out, Dont care!
I have the time and would love to share the build, set by step on here…(why the hell not)
Throw the shit aside, and just Ride. Nth NSW Aust!
One ‘LOST CAT’
title threw me off at first, but after reading, I am enjoying the thread.
respect your craft and process, I had no idea what a seppo was before reading this thread,
and I always thought “we seppos” were the most racist out there…so now I feel better. thanks for both

Humility is Beautiful!
RE single fin, maybe flat out the back with nose entry starting before front foot to help it clime. Something for long arking smooth turns, barrels. Bit of float.
Yorky, IMHO keep it short n eggy, but not too flat. Light weight eps, flat between ya feet, slight flip in the nose, to flat, then kick the rocker behind your back foot. Make it wide for you ( 19 1/2-20" ), but keep the rails thin through nose and tail. Sharp edge in tail. Sharp.
If you want it to climb, turn the rails up in the front third. Oh, and the most important thing IMHO, use a greenough flex fin.
No single fin yet, I been busy with other projects....
Heres another of the same, Well looks the same, but quite different in the build process.
*quicker build time (only one bag for the whole board). Lot of thought and effort in developing this method.
*stronger due to a different material under the veneers
*Lighter, I got this one down to 2.25kg.
This one is mine and the waves are going to be good all day, I'm excited to test her out.
If I'm lucky I might get my girl to film a few waves... If I'm lucky!
... I'm Half way through a black tint board with the same build but with Less glass on it. The black should set the wood off.
Cheers
This board had an orange material under veneer. When I bagged it, It pulled the epoxy through the wood and took some of the dye with it, mainly visible in the knots in the hoop pine.
We live and we learn…Every day!
…The double ender was fillercoated today, Should be ready to ride mid week.
…One thing I am bumbed with is, I have not post cured these boards in a hot box. Oh well.
What do you use to seal your bag yorky?. Im having trouble even going back through your post. I was thinking mastic or something but like to hear your thoughts mate. Lookin good!
