hi Bill. if you come to the uk you have to get to cornwall, the water is clear but cold and there are waves about ,i can/t offer any shaping arangements if that is what you are comeing for but you would be more than welcome to stay with us in cornwall, pete
Bill, have a few pints of bitter for me please!!. Im stuck here in oz drinking my home brewed versions, which are pretty good, but i'd kill to fly over there and try the real ones for myself on an engine. One day when the kids are old enough to palm off for a few weeks!!

You have no idea how close I came to being in France. My wife and I were going to meet up with my daughter, Roslyn, for the French Open (Tennis) but we just couldn’t pull it together in time.

Your post had me on the floor laughing… Having two daughters of my own, I would happily sort out “the boy friend”, but I won’t be heading south this time around.
I understand about the weather in England… Praying it is warm and sunny. Is that asking too much of even God? Hope not! I am looking forward to the traditional English experience though, warm (I prefer cold) beer and all.

Thanks for the offer Pete. I don’t know if time will allow a quick jaunt down to Cornwall. Would love to see that area though. Is it easy by train? How long does it take? I know planes are faster but you miss out on all the scenery.
I am not looking to do any work, that would take some serious arm twisting, just looking to see if there are a few guys who might want to get together to talk boards and surfing for a few hours one day.

Bill, getting a train down to cornwall is easy if a bit expensive unless you book in advance, flying is cheap and quicker , hire cars are quite reasonable as well , pete
