Ah that makes sense! I’m looking at using up some EPS sheets I have. Mine will be two thinner sheets stacked on top of one another so if done correctly I’ll have a glue line around the centre of the rail.
I’ve done that before. you can glue them together with the rocker curve in them its make it easier…
