It was truly a pleasure to meet fellow swayaholics-what a cool group of people! it was also fun being able to try each other’s boards-I am stoked!We must be doing something right for the weather gods sure provided us with top notch conditions-just beautiful! I just can’t say enough good things about the whole ordeal- I feel fortunate and happy to be a part of this “tribe” and this weekend’s past event.Again, thank you John and of course thank you Mike Paler.

It was an awesome event. Incredible scenery, great people, fun music and the hands on sharing of ideas and concepts in such bitch’n venue was just what the doctor ordered. Thanks John, Mike and everyone for putting together such an fantastic event.

kirk, It was waste to chest high with super glassy conditions. Shifty peaks and fun little sections. The best part of the trip was not the waves. But, my daughter had all kinds of fun riding my long board.
I guess I reeeeallllly missed it…looking forward to see pics of the event. Hopefully I’ll be able to make the next one. FD
It was great meeting all you folks. Seeing all the different design concepts you guys are working with has given me loads of ideas for my next board. And the weather! I don’t think I’ve seen it that nice there for three days in a row ever. Crytal clear, “warm” water on a sunny white sand beach with fun waves. To Dirk and Ambrose, It was great "matting’ with you guys. As a mat newbie I figured I’d learn something from you guys one of which was when Ambrose tactfully hinted that maybe I should be riding tha mat valve forward instead riding it backwards!!! The weekend was a kick. John M, You are amazing. Even my wife(an organizational zealot) commented on your skill at pulling this thing togther. Thank you. P.S- Made it home without the wheelbearing on my van crapping out.WHEW!!!

I enjoyed my few hours in and out of the water with the Swaylocks crew. It was great to meet the people I did and look forward to meeting those I missed(along with many others)at the next get together. Many thanks to Lee V. and John M. for all there efforts to put this event together. Of course none of this would have been created with out Mike. Thanks to those who contributed items for the raffle.
