Aloha, I did search but got varied answers.
Just picked up a Eggy Eaton Bonzer. It has the plastic side bites that I want to replace with glass ons.
I checked the fin angle I got around 25 degrees angle. Does that sound correct?

Apparently it’s not super critical, anywhere from 18-30*
I think there is all the info in this thread?
Malcolm told me they have been 18° for some time. Or maybe it was 20
I asked Google. This is what it the AI Overview said:
The cant angle for the side fins on a traditional Bonzer is typicallybetween 19 and 22 degrees. The exact cant can vary based on the shaper and the specific board design, but the Bonzer system uses a significantly greater cant than a standard thruster setup.
Key aspects of the Bonzer side fin cant:
Purpose: The large cant angle works with the board’s deep concaves to manage water flow, maximizing lift and providing a distinct, powerful turning arc.
Function: It is designed to allow the shallow, long-based side fins to engage and disengage the water with minimal drag, which aids speed through turns.
Variable range: While the 19–22° range is common for traditional setups, some shapers and surfers have been known to use a wider range, from 18 to 30°, depending on the desired feel.
