That’d be my first choice…you will not be disappointed.

Kirk Putnam might be able to find you a second hand Liddle…I think he’s also making

some Liddle-based boards with Hilbers from Fineline but I’m not sure I’ve got that right.

make your own 300.00

i don’t know what price you saw, but 650 for a board that is all done-from start to finish- by the same guy seems like a good deal.try to find a good used one first then see if you even like that kind of board. if you do, i’m sure you’ll be willing to pop for a new one down the line…OR you can go buy a board with some surf stars name on it that was shaped by one guy, colored by another, then glassed by yet another person and pay over 1 grand because of the name…

yes, talk to Dennis Ryder, especially if you haven’t riding a hull regularly. He has a website. For some of the younger guys who didn’t grow up in the 60’s and early 70’s its not easy for them to get away from back foot surfing…esp if they have been riding thrusters and the like all their life.

good point greg. just the same, the price is going to be in the 600-700 dollar range for a new one from whomever…

I have ridden a few different styles and even though I have not been on them very long, I find a magic feeling on the Liddle…

Not that other guys out there don’t make GOOD boards that ride well; I have just found the Liddle to be a notch above in the hull experience. IMHO.

Plus Matt is right. 650 for a board made by one guy by hand is a great price.

that’s a very valid point.

I think Liddle’s prices are VERY competitive, especially when you factor

in the shipping that’s built in to his costs.

Here’s a few that just left on a plane … doesn’t that sound good … for those of you who are wanting … Have Fun … !!

Brom sighting!!

made my day a little brighter…

Bitchin sticks.

Actually $650 is without shipping. Shipping is $100 extra. Still a good deal though.

Maybe you should borrow one and ride it a few times first?

magic man - beautiful stuff – would like to see some side-on shots to appreciate the foil.

You could pick up a brand new Liddle at Wavefront in Vta. for around $650.00 They always have one or three in stock.
