Deck line shaping:

[/quote] Uh, to Verb and all the other "experts" out there........ does anyone notice how the lighting isn't centered, the camera isn't perfectly straight on, nor the board is at an angle to his shaping rack?  Do you ever rotate boards left and right using the site line to detect a bump or flat?

This kinda reminds me of when guys get boards and they think they know it all and are looking at new boards in flat lighting outside, while pointing out 'everything' wrong with some shaper's board.

Maybe instead of an assymetrical photograph..... this approach might have been better..........

That would be too logical?

A word to the wise - in the future do not post pics like this leaving yourself open to the well wishers, sicko's, haters, and debaters for the sake of debate, and copiers-of-all-that-looks-cool that inhabit Swaylocks.

The picture does make the right side look more tapered a rail with a dip around midsection or slightly forward..... that being said, if you look at the shading at the tailblock, the shading is opposite of shading further up...... or w/o me flipping back to it right now, the shading at the tail isn't consistent with shading further up henceforth my statement about the assymetrical foto.

Did you block this one? I know your stuff, and this foto gives you a totally unfair shake..... and personally I could give a shit about Reverb and everyone else's comments knowing the caliber of the surfers currently riding your boards.... some of those guys w-i-s-h they had high level pro surfers shredding on theirs.

So in my best New Jersey accent, I'd just say "don' worry abowt it!"!!!!

...........you talkin ta me?!
