I use the US Blanks 7-7 A to yeild a 7’4" speed egg. I was shocked to find out that the blank is a “gun” blank…I went surfing with Resinhead. Fun guy on land, all business in the water… I would like to do more testing…that’s why I have next week off from work…going surfing at some top notch not so secret spots…Ray
…and just for the record…I’ve been doing the Short Longboard thing for almost ten years… Reverse engineer the Walden Surfboards Compact Disc…todays hipsters need to give credit to this design…

I’ve tried a few mid length boards and never rode one I liked. I enjoy riding short boards and I enjoy riding longboards. I’ve never found one in between that worked to my liking. If I can’t ride it like a shortboard and I can’t ride it like a longboard, why bother? I just keep making my shortboards thicker and wider as I get older.
