Just remembered what Llilibell told me and realized that I’m going to have to draw them smaller to account for the glass / roving when putting them on.

Tell me about it. So glad the kids are back in school. Now where was I again?
Right on JJLam! that’s what this thread is for…
by the way, haven’t seen you on here in a while!
Hey Chrisp!
Missed this thread first go around. You’re making me want to get my hands dirty! Speaking of hands, glad to see that hand logo on some boards. Cheers!
Andrew
Finboxed the 2 5 fin boards… gonna spray some color and print some lams then, its on to glassing… getting close!
Hey Chris,
You're working late. No moths in the hotcoat!
hahaha, yah, no moths!
Funny you mention… when I was lamming one of the boards, there was a moth buzzing around my head. I told him to get out…
Well, Now I have 3 boards curing… Kinda bummed, on the XPS board, the glass along the stringer raised ever so slightly in a couple places… Oh well…
BTW, this is my first time doing FCS fusion. Those things are so easy!

Single concave to flat. Concave deck under chest/front foot.
looks nice Chris!!!
Awsome stuff
Cool stuff!
chrisp, how do you like the concave deck under front foot/chest?
I've got a similar concave on my 5'10" fishy type board and I love it. I'm trying to figure out how to best incorporate a concave deck into my 6'4" x 19 1/4 x 2 1/8 performance shortboard. I really like the looks of the stringerless 6'4" at the beginning of the thread and saw you did a concave deck on that. Did you feel like it took out too much foam under your chest and decreased your paddling ability? I know it's a bit of tradeoff for volume vs. responsiveness (I love the feel of my front foot being locked in), but would love to hear your feedback after riding it for a while.
