Post Pictures of your latest project - what ya been working on?

bottom

6’3 x 21 x 2 1/2 finished and delivered to a happy dude who is going down to Mexico… should be fun.

Cool looking board!

I think he’s gonna burn his hands in Mex though

Thanks Chris, yeah, he knows, he wanted full black but after talking he understood why it was not the best idea… so from full body burn to just hands burn

finished and surfed. it went really good, super loose, but kept its speed in slow weak, chest high surf. could do multiple small cutbacks on small waves. on a dime turns, it felt like it followed where i turned my head. had another guy try it for a few and he now wants to order one. low rocker, single to double concave, diamond/batish tail. dont know if youd call it channels? can you see it in the picture?

i call them slits…front fins placed just inside.

Sometimes really bad artwork looks good once you glass it.  Still have to sand it.

Looks fantastic !

Made another handplane. Foam stain, fabric inlay, rice-paper doodle, metal flake on the deck and pinstriping under the gloss coat

The epitome of Mr. Biolos’ “cute art projects” I reckon, heheh

Very nice board.

I like that pattern and the colours of the fabric inlay.

Almost there. For a friend.

beautiful, Uncled

nice, oldskull.  If that’s your real name.  (ha?)

all the best

thanks Greg.

its not my real name and I wish I could change it, but its not possible is it?

thought it was cool 11 years ago, not so much anymore. my real name is Nicholas

Hi!

Oldskull, I see your back fins pulled in from the rails.  McKee formula?  Have you ridden it yet?

all the best

My latest. I call this model the Super Board. The outline is half fish, half Simmons. 6-1"X21.5"X2.85". 4 channels. Front fins at 12.25" and backs at 6". Fronts 15/16" from rail, backs 1.25" from rail. I like my fins up and out! Ha ha. Goes like a rocketship!!

yes, theyre pulled in. It has not been in water yet.

its an order, actually my first ever. for a friend, who likes to surf singlefins.

he is new to quad setups, so i thought the mckee formula would fit him. i have surfed with him for years,

so i know the lines he like to make. hope im right.

looks great! all of them.
