Picked up skating again last year, Built some ramps in my driveway for my kids but I use them a lot more than they do. Learning stuff and having a blast, especially at the local skatepark. I'm 51 now but had a major skate obsession as kid in the mid 70's, crude vert ramps and ditches until surfing took over my life about 1977

I’ve got to say you old guys are my heros! I figured out long ago that when I fell surfing I splashed. When I fell skating, I bled. My hats off ot you all for doing what I’d be scared to try!

I ride mine with the drop setup, custom trucks, and 80mm buddah formula wheels.
Its like a speedskater. Fast, low, rides on a rail when you need too, slips and slides when you want it too.
Locks you in like a vice.

Skateboarding has come a long way. It would be cool to have a skateboard section of swaylocks.

I was never a skater except a little with sails and longboards. I rescued this this old skateboard from the dump some time back. In its day we had a killer skate park in town built by the city.
