Max is a very cool guy, unreal surfer and uncle to Kaipo Jaquiras.

Used to live right here in Ewa Beach and lifguard at Whiteplains like Kaipo is doing now

Went home years ago…

Don’t forget Robin Mair in Hanalei! Get him to put the ProBox fin system in with a set of his thumb fins!

Lets not forget Dave Implom as well of Imua Surfboards! Also did not see Steve Rex mentioned in the list, unless I missed it. He is the guys that would have the definitive list as he is the local Clark Foam supplier!

Howzit?!? With so many shapers over here it’s no wonder that none of them (us) has anything to do. Check with the glassers. Lots of empty racks this time of year. Things change in the winter though. With a relatively small customer base, lots of guys are angling for the few orders that are out there. I am ultra blessed to have had the experience of making surfboards over here for many years. Although I definitely don’t encourage anyone to get on the program, I am stoked for anyone to attempt to live their dream, just like I’ve been able to do. My philosophy is that it’s not a good thing to throw plastic rubbish in the ocean. I would like to encourage everyone to try their best and do a good job. Since there is so little monetary reward in surfboard making, the love should be a top priority. Aloha…RH

HI THERE ONE AND ALL FOR THE WOUNDERFULL INFORMATION OVERLOAD

I HAD NO IDEA THERE WERE SOOOO MANY SHAPERS ON KAUAI WOW!!

I,VE GOT AN EX ROOMATE WHO,S GOTTA PICK SOMEONE OUTTA THIS

HUGE POOL, OH MY GOD WELL THANX AGAIN. BRIAN

Howzit Robin, Sorry about the misspell but for some reason I could've swore I'd seen it spelled with an o on your boards.Aloha,Kokua
Howzit Rick, I guess Jeff Brown has decided to quit glassing boards and just do ding repair, got that bit of info from Angell yesterday. Actually I usually am not affected by the summer slows but I am having a cataract operation next month and they still haven't told me how long I have to wait before I can be aruond sanding dust. I know I can't lift anything over 50lbs for 2 weeks after and will probably wear an eye patch for 1 week. I do need the operation, noticed the other day that while taping off some pinlines I was having some blurry moments.Aloha,Kokua
Howzit Robin, Yeah Dave finally is back up and running. Heard he had a mental breakdown and was going to sell his house and move to mainland but he finally came to his senses. Aloha,Kokua

Kokua

Man, good luck on the operation.

Are you still moving???
