proto3D mat

5’9 x 18 1/2" x 2 5/16" 26l  2.6kg. Snubb nose quickly because of small blank, no good, need to make a nice template next time, but this one is for me so…

EPS 1,9#, bottom 2x4oz Warp, top : 3 springer 3Dlam aeroglass insert in foam, connected to 6oz Xglass+4oz Warp+patch. Seal with epoxy modified putty, Lam with RR KK, finish with poly ISO.

Seems a too strong build, can easily made 2.2 - 2.3 kg without compromise strengh…

Beautiful.   I don’t know what it is about agave but every time I see a board with some it gives me a chubbie.   I saw one of your longboards out at the Harbor this afternoon.  It looked good, too.

Finished the 7’10" funboard I posted earlier on this thread.

Barry, that board is beautiful.  Have you ridden it?

Almost embarssed to be posting this after you JH … but, in the interests of other aspiring backyarders, here’s the first project underway. This started it’s life aa a pre cut blank seconds blank due to issues with the foam … got it home and worked around the issues to create a board for my gidget. It’s ended up 5’6" x 19 x 2 1/4 …

Epoxy resin swirl. 6’5" x 22 x 2 5/8. Shallow swallow tail. I wish the tints came a bit darker but happy with the result. Lam top, hot coat, and would like to do a poly gloss… First board in the new shed…and first go at a swirl

Monkey surfboards

A Dumpster type board:

5’11 " x 20 1/2" single concave to vee off the tail, 5 fin setup

Nice and curvy Nocean!

True 5 fin or quad / thruster option?

Hi Chrisp,cheers

Its a Quad /thruster optional setup for a customer.

Im still to try the all 5 fin setup , maybe on my next board…

yeahhhhh , DO  it , Noe !

could you ride a similar board to the one pictured ?

That's a nice outline !

...I have ummm 'fins'...

  cheers , mate !

Hey Ben, I have plenty boards to ride so just as well this is one for a customer, Hoping to make my own fins for a 5 fin set soon so will post up what I end up makin, Finished a small wave board that I want to make some twinzer leading one pluggers for so may hit you up for some by pm or something:) cheers

A new addition to my workshop. Shaping/sanding room and another bay for storage/air compressor/dust collecter. I found the exhaust fan on Craigslist for $250. It has never been used…man it pulls some air. I am hoping it will suck the sanding dust out like a tornado.

I live in the country with a couple of acres so there are no neighbors to bitch. I scored this property 15 years ago and just paid off the mortage. life is good.

Stoked for you all the way around Cleanlines!!!

Progress   first go at glass ons hoping they don’t fall off.
