It’s a long shot but used to know a good snowboarder called Alex from Austria who surfed. He used to go down to SW France alot and introduced me to the drinking sensation you guy’s call ‘Diesel’!
I took him out to one of our heavier reef breaks in Wales and he got both his hands shredded!
If you know him (longshot but there can’t be that many surfers in Austria) say hi from mart in wales! cheers.

Which spot is that is it Freshwater West.
I was there a few weeks ago, nice! loads of potential. I got stuck around the point with my bag and 2 boards and had to cross the MOD land.
you got it - — Keep going left — only way to deal with rip unless you’re an olympic paddler. By the way did you check out … oops nearly said something I shouldn’t!

Born in the surf capital of the mid west grand rapids michigan. Presently 40 minutes west of cocoa beach florida.
Yup I did check something you nearly said. I didnt paddle out there though. It was a bit inconcistant when I looked at it. I surfed just to the right of that as the tide was pushing. A few guys paddled out there but I had to get home to Chippenham and had a 3hour drive home. I was the first guy out at about 6:00 and left at 9:30.
