Cut the rails flat last night, I built up the wood horizontally to acheive a solid ply effect.
Came up pretty good
Now to shape the rails into a 50/50 profile and it should look like a solid wooden board
That’s 28’ every pass on each side to trim it back…my arms and legs are tired just from thinking about it…

Hell Ya! I love it ! Sponsors will come running as soon as the press does, everyone wants free publicity! I have a “one of a kind” truck and it does well with sponosrs and events everytime we take it out! Best of luck, feel free to write if you need some sponsor tips , I’ll be glad to let you know what I know. Draw up a contract with contingency, $'s amounts for local, regional, National, Int’l press and exposure.

It’s been a long time in the planning and construction but I think it will acheive what I want in the end.
Last night I cut the edges of the nose and tail, started with a jigsaw and after 2 snapped blades got out the heavy machinery, a 10" circular saw that I coaxed into cutting around the contour.
Little bugger thought it could only go straight, now it knows not to muck around with me anymore…
Sounds a bit different too, could be those stray screws that flew out…
More piccies tomorrow, I’ll take it out the front tonight and get some better ones…
