ok this was what was happening at shonan,japan while i was going almost crazy working knowing what was happening. Where is the usual crowd???

id love to be there for the typoon season
i didnt take my wetsuit last winter
and i couldnt get one that would fit
hope to be over there in the next year for a month or two

Hi paul! I didn’t take those pictures myself but I was told DOH+
I think the crowd has gone where it’s easier to get to the line up,
say like OH perfect peeling reefbreaks a few kilometers away.
But some people surf these waves though but it never gets crowded in these conditions.
Yeah and if youre coming over PM me and we’ll hook up!

Nice waves chip, unfortunately we are once again suffering a lack of waves here in the uk so it’s more derek hynd photos i’m afraid.
