2nd hand shape & glass job. 7’7 cruiser, Big Blue.

Walker 8’3 blank. SO fun. FLAT.

it goes ok, I’m still not sure…

Dropped it TWICE while laminating. See the tail? Premature

ding repair. One o’ me specialties. 6’8 Walker fish blank.

#4 I tried to pay attention a bit more. 5’8 fishish. Much cleaner than

the last. Sugar Bowl photo. Polished with Turtle Wax!

Come on GUYS! Don’t you know, it’s all ball bearings

makes your surfing smoother, cleaner, and…

an epoxy fish i did about a year ago

see if this works

nice work riomar

Thanks .I am going to try this again as an inline but I am having trouble posting

Glad to see riomar get on this thread, he’s one of the best laminators in the world and damn well should

have a pile of boards on here. If he figures out the photo posting thing (I still can’t do it either) he’ll be dangerous.

He should post on here more often - he’s got a wealth of early 70’s Hawaii stories - but he’s too busy surfing or

fishing or working on his boat or tying flies or lecturing on assorted subjects.

While I’m talking about crazy people who happen to be my friends, and also to interject some history into this thread,

last week I had a visit with the Godfather of color work, Donnie Mulhern. I went into his retail store to buy a skateboard

for my son and we ended up talking for 45 minutes. Several customers ran away from the shop in fear as our language

sometimes became unacceptable. By the time I left my face hurt from laughing so much.

Mully sez all you guys are doing it wrong, but he’s not about to reveal his secrets. ‘’%#!&*%‘’, he said. '‘I was doin’ that s#*t

in f%#ing 1964!!‘’.

I still think he’d be impressed by a lot of the work on this thread, but he probably wouldn’t admit it. I’d say he earned the right

to look at at it however he wants. What a character…

more happy holidays,

Mike

“If he figures out the photo posting thing (I still can’t do it either)”

Save your photo, then resize smaller for web in photoshop Mine end up around 850 x 650 open www.tinypic.com click browse, find your photo, hilight it, click open, then click upload, when it uploads click the pic for next biggest size, then click second link down “forums and message boards”. Go to your swaylocks post, left click to get the cursor then right click. Easiest method I’ve found.

I’ve had plenty of instruction on how to post photos but you guys all have me confused with

somebody who knows how to operate a computer. I’m lucky I can find the internet.

Thanks for tryin’ to help, anyway.

Mike
