To you resin tint masters: What is the schedule like? Lam the deck first or inlay a patch on the deck after? If so then what about lapping the deck glass over the lap from the bottom. Does it matter for strength? Sorry for the dumb questions I'm just trying to figure the method.
Hozit reverb, When it comes to sanded finihes with pinlines, doing them on the foam is the best way to go and not hard to do at all. Just make sure the tape is stuck to the foam really good so there are no bleeding, I do a lot of them with no problems, use vac on foam before taping.Aloha,Kokua
Howzit kesurf,I could see the blems but wasn't going to say anything but you did it for me. Tints are great looking if done right but if they are left in the sun enough over a couple of years things can get ugly. I did so many back in the day that I used to dream about them, funny thing was the way I was taught I never had a bad lam job on one.
Thats a nice trippy panel chip I posted a a little quade egg that has similiar colors a while back. I really got to try to make my own panel to mach a resin job that would be sweet for some glass ons. I might have some time this week thanks for the inspiration.

Howzit kensurf, Actually there were no secrets, it was just that I went through an extensive 3 1/2 month apprenticeship with one of the best glasseres to ever walk the earth and it was just the norm for us. Plastic Fantastic was known for unreal quality and workmanship back then. Some of us have it and some don't I guess I was one ot the have it guys, but those days are over since the cancer. No more toxic chemicals in my life.the only secret I can think of was glass that sucker an geter done now. Aloha,Kokua
